Effect of Enhanced Organic Material Addition during Reductive Soil Disinfestation on Disease Resistance, Yield Increase, and Microbial Community in Flue-Cured Tobacco

The addition of organic materials is pivotal for the efficacy reductive soil disinfestation (RSD). However, data on influence varying amounts matter during RSD soil-borne disease mitigation, yield increase, and rhizosphere microecological health in current flue-cured tobacco season remain limited. This study analyzed various material rates (CK, G0.8, G1.0, G1.2) at two experimental sites (K Y). results indicated that increasing application improved physicochemical properties (pH, AN, AP, AK, OM, C/N), mitigated severity black shank Fusarium root rot, amplified yield. K/YG1.2 treatment significantly reduced Shannon Sobs fungal indices across both sites, enhanced relative abundance bacteria Actinobacteria, Chloroflexi, Firmicutes, Acidobacteriota, while decreasing Ascomycota. bacterial genera were predominantly represented by Sphingomonas Bacillus, whereas Saitozyma, Mortierella, Fusarium. substantially decreased Mortierella Using FUNGGuild Tax4Fun to evaluate adding process, we identified fungi high primarily saprophytic or pathogenic saprophytes, which mainly involved metabolism, environmental information processing, genetic cellular processes. indicate applying 15 t·ha−1 (K/YG1.2) solid residues such as vegetables emerges optimal choice. strategy highly effective guaranteeing sterilization pest control effect facilitating reconstruction microbial community diversity, lowering pathogen abundance, managing diseases are prevalent season, leading an increase
